This coffee comes from a municipality called Acevedo within the region of Huila, one of the larger producing regions of Colombia. The coffee is comprised of a regional blend from area producers with similar cup profile and quality coffees. Huila is known for high elevations and great varieties of coffee that produce floral acidity, good sweetness and fruity profile. In this cup we get cacao, orange blossom and brown sugar.
