This coffee comes from the Gatare Wetmill in Southern Rwanda. The wetmills or washing stations as they are locally know are collection points for many area producers. Abundant rainfall and soil composition in Rwanda typically produces incredible coffees with wild flavor profiles. This coffee boasts apricot, raisin and orange. Enjoy!
