Peru is said to be the land with the most potential in Latin America for specialty coffee. Our green buyer has traveled to Cajamarca multiple times and we've found this to be true. This coffee comes from a woman named Lizana Grimanes in Cajamarca, Peru. It is a very nice and delicate washed Bourbon. We get notes of pear, jasmine, and green tea. Enjoy!
