This coffee comes from near the town of Ataco in El Salvador. The farm is owned by Ricardo Ariz and his wife Kate. We buy two different varietals from Ricardo's farm every year and the two coffees are very distinct from each other. This SL-34 is a Kenya varietal and semi-washed (dried with a small amount of mucilage still in tact), with notes of Peach, Kiwi, and Lychee. Enjoy!
