The farm Chalabal Estrella is located in the region of Acatenango Guatemala. We have been purchasing coffee from this family farm for a few years now. The coffee is transferred in cherry to our friends at San Miguel in Antigua for processing. San Miguel is set up with state of the art processing equipment and works with many area producers. These coffees produce sweet balanced profiles we look for in the Acatenango - Antigua area. In this cup we get caramel, melon and honey. Enjoy!
