This coffee comes from Eli Espinoza at La Palma in Chirinos, Cajamarca, Peru. Our coffee buyer visited Eli on a trip in September of 2018 where he selected this coffee and was in a group of the first Americans to visit La Palma. Eli grows Caturra, bourbon and Catimor like most producers in Chirinos and produces some of the best natural coffees of the region. Natural processed coffees are not common in Peru because most producers do not have the facility to dry them correctly. His coffees are grown between 1800 and 2050 meters in elevation. In this cup we get peach, Berries and Chocolate. Enjoy!
