Tolima, Colombia

This coffee comes from Planadas in the region of Tolima, Colombia. Coffees from small area producers are collected and blended to create these regional blends. We cup tons of Colombian coffees throughout the year to create our blended lots from each of the two harvests. We're always looking for a balance of citrus and fruit in a very clean cup from Colombia. In this offering we get ruby red, plum and chocolate notes. Enjoy!
