This coffee comes from a a producer friend named Jairo Ruiz who started this farm for the purposes of experimental growing and processing. Pink bourbon is a varietal that was discovered only a handful of years ago in Colombia. It's harder to determine when this coffee is all the way ripe as they are typically looking for full red cherries. Pink Bourbons also typically produce very delicate, sweet, floral profiles that aren't found in any other coffees in Colombia. In this offering we get notes of orange, kiwi and honey. Enjoy!
