Finca Juan Martin is an experimental farm, owned by Jairo Ruiz of Banexport. The purpose of the farm is to experiment with varieties as well as processes, in order to push innovation in coffee production in Colombia. This delicate variety is called pink bourbon. Enjoy!!!!
