This year's Pacamara is a little different than previous years in processing. This coffee comes from near the town Santa Ana in El Salvador. The farm is owned by Ricardo Ariz and his wife Kate. We buy a few different varietals from Ricardo's farm every year and the two coffees are very distinct from each other. This Pacamara is a pulp natural and has notes of pear, honeydew and grape. Enjoy!
