This coffee comes from near the town of Santa Ana in El Salvador. The farm is owned by Ricardo Ariz and his wife Kate. We buy two different varietals from Ricardo's farm every year and the two coffees are very distinct from each other. This Sl-34, a Kenya varietal. is semi-washed (dried with a small amount of mucilage still in tact) and has notes of Peach, Kiwi and Lychee. Enjoy!
