This coffee comes from the small region of El Tambo within Cauca, Colombia. It is comprised of several small lots from all women producers. These women have a community with childcare, roasting, and cupping labs and a coca replacement program. We cup tons of Colombian coffees throughout the year to create our blended lots from each of the two harvests. We're always looking for a balance of citrus and fruit in a very clean cup from Colombia. In this offering we get florals, blood orange and honey. Enjoy!
